This statement comprises the slavery and human trafficking statement of Enghouse Group of Companies (“Enghouse”) for the current financial year. Enghouse takes the welfare of people very seriously and is committed to engaging with suppliers who share our values.
The Enghouse Business and Structure
Enghouse is a software company which develops and supplies a wide range software solutions from customer interaction to transportation, utility and telco network management. As the parent company for the Enghouse Group of Companies, Enghouse Systems Limited is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol “ENGH.” Founded in 1984, Enghouse Systems has grown both organically and through acquisition.
Enghouse has a global presence, with permanent offices around the world including several European, North American, and Asia Pacific locations.
The Enghouse Policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking
Enghouse has implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct which sets out our policies and values on various aspects of compliance and social responsibility, including our policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking. It is aimed at ensuring no slavery or human trafficking takes place in any part of the Enghouse business or in our supply chain.
Supplier Adherence to our Values
We have a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expect all aspects of our supply chain to comply with this approach. Enghouse will not use any supplier entity knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Training
All employees are provided with an induction programme when they join the company which includes all HR, Compliance and Legal policies and procedures, as well as an overview of the general business policies contained in our ISO9001:2015 certified Business Management System. The senior management team at Enghouse have been briefed on the subject.
