Our new Support Portal

With the launch of the Enghouse Interactive MySupport Portal, the Arc forums have been discontinued.

The MySupport Portal provides customers and partners access to manage support tickets online, as well as the fully-featured KnowledgeBase.

The Arc Forum has been replaced by our new Support Portal. The MySupport Portal is a valuable benefit of your Software Assurance (SWA) agreement and is available at http://mysupport.enghouse.com.
