Please be aware that we have launched our new online support web portal and knowledge base. This portal will give you a direct view of your outstanding support tickets logged with Enghouse Support. And you can also report new problems or view and amend any existing tickets. Additionally, you can choose to be notified automatically when a ticket is updated.

The new portal includes a knowledge base to help communicate the latest product information and prerequisite installation requirements. Please note: To access the support portal you must have an active (current) support contract with Enghouse Interactive.

Our support services include different plans so you can select the level of service that’s right for you and your business. All our plans are designed to ensure our solutions deliver exceptional performance.
