We have developed a directory integration framework that supports components for accessing a variety of data sources quickly and easily. A variety of interfaces are available for administering and presenting the data. Choose either a standard LDAP interface or other defined custom methods. The framework can provide user access to corporate contact data through IP phones, intranet and mobile devices.

You can also integrate this data with other systems that rely on accurate contact information. Examples include call loggers, operator consoles and IVRs.
