Momentum building behind Enghouse’s EMEA partner programme as key players win awards at Winning Partnership Event
Enghouse Interactive has recognised the significant achievements of several partners at its prestigious Winning Partnership Event in London. The continued momentum with the Enghouse Partners is, in part, fuelled by the alignment of its core contact centre offerings and the continued adoption of Microsoft’s Skype for Business platform.
Enghouse Interactive promoted leading UK-based cloud service provider, GCI and business communications technology specialist, 4net Technologies to gold partner status at the event. The two companies’ elevation recognised the success they have achieved in consulting, designing, deploying and supporting scalable contact centre solutions.
GCI goes to market directly and indirectly through its channel relationships. The Enghouse Interactive solutions play a key role in enabling GCI to add value to the core Skype for Business offering, and meet the growing customer need for a comprehensive contact centre product as an increasing number of businesses recognise the need for robust contact centre solutions.

While GCI’s rise from silver to gold is the fastest yet recorded by Enghouse, 4net picked up two awards, promotion to gold partner and certification as a Contact Centre Specialist. This accolade is in recognition of the significant traction that Enghouse and 4net have gained working in tandem across the UK market in recent times.

Enghouse Interactive is also driving momentum through its distribution channel. New partner, ScanSource Imago received official recognition at the Winning Partnership Event. Working with ScanSource will further increase Enghouse’s traction in the contact centre space.

Finally, another Enghouse Interactive distributor, Westcon-Comstor was celebrated for Outstanding Revenue Growth 2016-2017. Back in February, the distributor announced that sales revenues from its UCC Solutions Practice partnered with Enghouse Interactive increased by nearly 300% in 2016 when compared to the previous year – and continue to grow from strength to strength.
