Project Management

Our Project Management team has extensive experience of coordinating and managing project activities between customers, partners and our Professional Service team for many sizes and types of organisation. Working within the Prince 2 framework, our Project Management team applies a consistent but flexible approach that supports the effective progress of each project to successful completion. Our projects include complex infrastructure and platform upgrades, migrations and custom application and integration development, plus deployment for many sectors within EMEA and beyond.

Advanced Services

Our Advanced Services team offers a broad portfolio of skills and experience to assist our customers with the scope, design and implementation of custom solutions, to complement and supplement our products – such as systems CTI integration, custom reporting and directory integration services. The Advanced Services team works closely with our sales, project management, implementation and customer services teams to provide effective engagement with customers and partners throughout the process, from quotation to delivery, sign-off and eventual support.
